Good morning, Mr. I Komang Pande Wiraputra. Thank you for being here today. We're glad that you've been working at Clean Medic Indus for 5 months. How are you feeling?

Pande: Good morning. I feel happy and proud to be a part of Clean Medic Indus. I've learned a lot in these 5 months, and I feel appreciated here.

That's great! What do you think about your role as a security officer at Clean Medic Indus, and what do you find interesting about this job?

Pande: My role is to maintain security and order here and assist in managing medical waste. What's interesting to me is that I can contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment. I feel like I'm part of Clean Medic Indus' mission to care about proper medical waste management.

Excellent! Do you have any ideas or suggestions you'd like to share? How do you think you can make a bigger impact?

Pande: I'd like to provide regular security training for all colleagues. It will make everyone better prepared for emergencies. Also, I want to help the medical waste management team be more efficient with a system that's easier for everyone to understand.

Your ideas sound great, Mr. I Komang. Security training will undoubtedly enhance safety here, and efforts to make medical waste management more efficient will support our sustainability goals. Thank you very much for your contributions.
