PT Clean Medic Indus is a Creative Company engaged in the field of Hazardous Waste B3 Transportation (Transporter) based on an Application developed by the Information Technology generation, both web and mobile, at www.cleanmedic.co.id. It is an application that is useful for assisting in the management of B3 Waste with the basis of being Fast, Secure, Clean, Actual, Integrated. Hereinafter referred to as the Clean Medic Online System.

Terms and Conditions are an agreement between users and Clean Medic that contain a set of rules governing the rights, obligations, responsibilities of users and Clean Medic, as well as the procedures for using Clean Medic's services.

Users are individuals who use Clean Medic's services, including but not limited to service users or other parties who merely visit the website www.cleanmedic.co.id.

Service users are registered users who use the services offered by Clean Medic.

B. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Users hereby declare that they are capable and competent to bind themselves in a valid agreement under the law.

Clean Medic does not charge any registration fees to users.

Clean Medic, without prior notice to users, has the authority to take necessary actions regarding any alleged violations or breaches of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws.

Clean Medic has the authority to close user accounts if any fraudulent activities are detected in transactions for the user's personal benefit.

Users are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords for all activities that occur within their accounts. Users agree to ensure that they log out of their accounts at the end of each session and notify Clean Medic if there is any unauthorized use of their password or account.

Users hereby state that Clean Medic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of user accounts.

C. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Viruses or other harmful software obtained by accessing or connecting to Clean Medic's services. Interruptions, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in Clean Medic's services. Damage to user hardware from using any Clean Medic service. Enforcement actions taken in connection with user accounts.
